Job Title: Creative Art Specialist

Summary:
The Creative Art Specialist (CAS) is responsible for various aspects of Creative Design work in publications, media, promotional and advertising collateral for Word of Life. The CAS will be actively involved in the development and production of these materials primarily through Print and Web graphic design. The CAS will work with all departments within Word of Life and be based at the New York International Headquarters. In addition to having excellent creativity, the ideal candidate will be a strong multi-tasker and have the ability to manage their workflow well.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Web Design
o Develop and maintain graphic presentation of new pages, sites
o Work with Information Services and others to develop new site layouts and concepts
o Design/Manage templates for mass email system
• Print Graphic Design
o Create designs for brochures, advertising, catalogs, curriculum, etc.
o Illustration of logos and peripheral material for departments and for Word of Life corporate
o Daily management of design files and server space
• Creative Team Involvement
o Attend meetings for and provide input to the Creative Team on new projects and campaigns as requested
• Photography
o Complete basic photography assignments at key Word of Life events and properties for use in advertising materials
• General
o Assist as needed with other elements related to Creative Media, i.e. video, productions, etc.
