Description:
The Church Business Administrator (CBA) provides administrative leadership to sustain and expand efficient fiscal, human resource, property and office operations for a growing congregation and its ancillary operations. The position demands a strong strategic leadership orientation. The Administrator will work closely with the church staff, Board of Deacons, Treasurer and the Financial Advisory Team as well as the leaders of ministries and auxiliaries. The Administrator will pursue professional development opportunities to stay abreast of information and technology relevant to the position. The Administrator will support the vision and leadership of the senior pastor so that the congregation can fulfill her mission.
