Seeking a highly experienced person to oversee an in-house creative department at a large church. Must be client-driven, deadline oriented, and be skilled at leading a talented team of 6 FT and 6 PT employees to deliver a fairly large and diverse body of work on a weekly basis. Management skill is just as important as your design game. You need to know how to manage and promote the creative process, balance quality and quantity in work produced, develop the talents and skill of the team, drive the administrative function, and know how to hire talent.
