Hi Everyone,
I’m helping a large Bible based non-profit in the Philadelphia suburbs to find some top-notch talent. They’re looking to launch their organization’s online presence to the next level, both creatively and strategically, and are looking to build a cutting edge interactive team who can take them there.
Web Communications Director
This person will lead the online corporate presence for the organization, and lead ancillary web/interactive projects as needed. You'll also oversee a select of other owned web properties. You will need to live and breath for the organization’s Bible based mission statement, and your mind should be buzzing daily with new ideas that will help to advance that mission online. There are several positions slated for this group, so management experience at some level is preferred. The group is backed by a talented Marketing team, and your key accountabilities will be closely integrated with those of the Marketing Director and VP. Requirements are: Experience managing large web design/redesign projects in a marketing/communications solutions environment; The proven ability to develop digital marketing/communications strategy for mid-sized to large organizations with large consumer audiences. Experience in new customer acquisition and CRM is a strong plus.; A self-inflicted thorn in one’s side for perfect web standards ; Experience working with and managing web designers, writers, developers, and usability professionals.; Experience working in a process oriented web production environment. ;Understanding of Christian communications and familiarity with many of the leading vendors and organizations involved with online ministry.
Compensation
Based on experience. Full salary and benefit options.
