Description:
Worship Ministry Video Systems Engineer
This newly-created position is designed to ensure the operational fitness of video systems related to the production of weekly worship services. Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting of electronic equipment; repairing, aligning, installing, maintaining and relocating video equipment, computers and other digital equipment. A minimum of 5 years experience as a Broadcast Maintenance Engineer or Technician preferred. An Associate's Degree in a related field (radio or television broadcasting, general electronics) preferred. A thorough knowledge of personal computers and various software, waveform and vector scopes, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and digital and analog test equipment will be necessary. Ideal candidates will possess flexibility as well as strong organization and communication skills. Experience in volunteer recruitment along with an encouraging personality will be helpful. Spiritual gifts of service and discernment are essential.
