POSITION TITLE:
Client Experience Director
Our 9-year-old firm is small, innovative and growing steadily. If selected for this position, you will be joining our executive team and reporting directly to the President. You will have authority and oversight of the following areas of our business:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Service
Your ultimate responsibility is to ensure that we are serving our clients well, enabling them to bear fruit with their online tools, and therefore retaining them as long-term customers.
Responsibilities:
- Take primary responsibility for the SiteOrganic client experience, which includes pre- and post-sales activities
- Respond to new sales inquiries, and manage other members of the sales team
- Oversee client care, and track performance of our overall support team
- Turn around problem accounts
- Expand and manage SiteOrganic online Help Center (documentation, training videos, and Knowledge Base)
- Manage regular live training events
- Respond to client support calls/Emails (non-technical)
- Seek out opportunities for additional
projects/opportunities within existing clients - Oversee regular communication with all clients, both individually and corporately
Please note that a portion of your compensation will be tied to business goals. If you perform well, then you will be paid accordingly!
Qualified candidate will possess:
- 5+ years managerial experience in a sales and service organization, within a services-based firm
- Superior English communication skills (written and verbal) and professional handling of clients
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Moderate to Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop and either Illustrator or Freehand
- Experience with CMS tools such as Wordpress, Joomla, Ektron CMS, or similar
- Solid understanding of HTML, Javascript, CSS, and DHTML
- Proven understanding of best practices in information architecture and Web usability
- Understanding of the capabilities of server-side technologies such as ASP, ASP.NET, or PHP
- Eagerness to work in a strong Christian atmosphere
Location:
Full-time in our Reston, VA studios (moving to eastern Loudoun County, VA in 2011)
