Media & Video Production Director at Resurrection Life Church - Richland

Description:
This position is primarily for a video editor with a creative and progressive style, able to produce a wide range of videos for web, services, DVDs, and podcasts. Live production experience (lights, sound, graphics) is desired. Directing the audio/video aspect of each service and special event is an intricate part of this position
You will be responsible to manage all technologies (sound, lights, video, graphics) and a/v department personnel. Must have the ability to organize, maintain and further develop all a/v departments.

Ability to train and lead volunteers
Working knowledge of, and experience on Final Cut Pro
Extensive Mac based OS experience
Familiar with general broadcasting/pod casting standards
Balanced view/understanding of creativity and production (we need both form and function)
Flexibility and teachability
These skills are a huge plus:
Software experience: ProTools, Photoshop, Illustrator, Motion 3, After Effects, Media Shout, ProPresenter, iDVD, Garage Band, Dreamweaver, Flash
FOH sound
Live/video lighting
IMAG understanding
Equipment maintenance experience
Wiring/install experience
ENG/field video experience
Broadcast video experience
Production experience (directing all aspects of a show – finances, volunteers, a/v elements, etc.)
