Description:
Art Director / Lead Designer:
- Establish the conceptual and stylistic direction for design staff and orchestrates their work, as well as the work of production artists, photographers, illustrators, prepress technicians, printers and anyone else who is involved in the development of a project.
- Select vendors and manage designers and print production team. Responsible for conceptualization and design of solutions from concept to completion.
- Direct the work of junior designers who generate comps and create layouts and final art. Design and set look and feel for large projects.
Web designer:
- Determine and develop the look and feel for all websites, and is responsible for site navigation design, content and visual execution.
- Also responsible for the day-to-day management of all websites.
- Must be able to work under deadlines and execute quality work in a timely manner.
