Northview is a non-denominational, multi-campus church on the northside of Indianapolis. Our Carmel campus gathers 3,000+ people each weekend for worship services. We are looking for a person with proven experience in programming weekend worship services in the local church. The ideal candidate would be a leader who is creative at communicating the message of the Bible, who is able to build a healthy team of staff and volunteer, and who pays attention to the details.
