Customer Service Representative at Monk Development

Description:
We seek a client representative who can help new clients get introduced to our services and be trained on our Content Management System (CMS). The representative will be a customer advocate and need to have great phone skills, be highly detailed and able to manage their time effectively as well as be able to write. Entry level html/web experience is needed. We will train you on the rest.
In this role you will work from home. Internet & Phone access is needed. We prefer a San Diego based person but are open to anyone in the US.
