Their work week is similar to mature members who typically work a full time position and then give added hours to ministry activities in addition to a standard work week.  The normal schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and shepherding assistance and oversight outside office hours, including Sunday morning.

Qualifications
•Experienced in Web 2.0 design and have a strong portfolio of past design work portfolio that demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of multimedia design, layout, and development.  
•Proficient in both interaction and visual design Capable of development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET.
•Experienced with Flash (99.1% usage rate), Windows Media (83.4%) and QuickTime (67.7) video formats. 
•Requires someone who is intuitive; with strong communication, organization and time management skills; can troubleshoot and provide value-added ideas/solutions; is detail-oriented; has a passion for continuous improvement; works well in a team; is self-motivated and maintains a positive attitude.
