We (Marketing Ministries, see below) is looking for an awesome Web Ninja (developer) to join our team. We build web sites for people all over the globe and have fun doing it. You should love the internet and be always seeking out the latest trends and technologies. You should also love Jesus and be devoted to advancing His ministries (our clients).
You know:
* HTML, CSS, XML, Javascript, etc., etc. (You get the idea)
* Drupal (Show us your modules)
* jQuery $("#you").ninja(TRUE);
* LAMP (Only Open Source around here)
* W3C Standards (Non-negotiable, thats what makes them standards right?)
You understand:
* Good User interface and interaction (We want the web to be simple and easy to use)
* OOP (no that's not oops, it's Object Oriented Programming)
* Security and how to program secure programs
* Working in a team environment
* Site planning and concepting
You would knock our socks off if:
* You Twitter (If you don't know what that is just stop right now)
* You have contributed modules on Drupal.org (Let's see 'em)
* You have knowledge and experience with other CMS/Frameworks (Wordpress, Joomla, Codeignitr, Zend)
* You understand good design (Spacing, colors, typography)
* You are a Linux geek (Fear me for I am root)
* You have a PHD (Just kidding, we actually don't care if you have any degree, as long as you've got the talent)
You could earn more brownie points by:
* Being a sports fan

* Having a solid sense of humor
* Being an avid Open Source supporter
