Description:
Marketing Ministries is a fast-growing full-service advertising agency located in the Research Triangle Park and is seeking a talented and passionate Interactive Designer with 1 to 3 years experience to join our team. We serve a large number of Christian organizations and ministries both locally and nationally, and would love to give the most qualified candidate the experience of working in a fast-paced production environment.
While flash programming skills are an obvious requirement, we're more interested in a candidate’s talent for designing across a variety of mediums. The Interactive Designer will concept, design and maintain Flash-based applications, website interfaces and a variety of video and print projects.
Skill Qualifications:
* 1 to 3 years Flash design and Action Scripting experience
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, ActionScript and XML programming languages
* Strong conceptual thinking skills with ability to execute developed ideas
* Solid grasp of user interface design, site architecture and user-interaction
* Experience managing Flash projects from concept stage through production
* Great interpersonal and team collaboration skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects with multiple deadlines
* Experience with logo and print design
Software Qualifications:
* Adobe InDesign
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator
* Macromedia Dreamweaver
* Macromedia Flash
Hours/Pay:
This a full-time paid position based on experience and skill.
