You will be spearheading brainstorming sessions, either in a group or by yourself, and fostering an environment where team input and ideas are welcomed and challenged. working ahead of the team to scope out art direction and concepts, laying the ground work for a designer to take the ball and run with it. working with your team to produce design elements like series artwork, brand identities, stand-alone print elements, organization-wide initiatives, and signage for physical locations...all of which is due by the end of the week! elevating the creative bar and productivity of your team by overseeing and developing the team's skill, well-being, and quality standards. playing traffic cop. Knowing when your team's plate is full, you’ll either engage your overflow network (contractors and volunteers) or know when it’s time to jump in and roll up your sleeves and help out.
