Leadership Development International is a non-profit Christian organization with a focus on East Asia. Our mission is to promote a culture of integrity to urban professionals and their families through character-centered education and training services.
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation of communication vehicles for a wide breadth of intra-company ‘clients’. Includes engagement in the strategic planning, creation of key messaging, developing creative concepts, implementing designs and overseeing production. Possible projects range from new identity development to brochures to signs to websites to video. The position is supported by 1-2 local designers.
Degree/experience in graphic design required. Marketing and/or communication experience preferred. Strong skills needed in project management, organization, working cross-culturally, attention to detail, excellence in execution and working on a team.
Prior to departure for China, the Senior Graphic Designer will work with LDi's Partnership Development Coach to develop a team of partners who will provide prayer and financial support.
