At JourneyChurch.tv, we love using any means possible to connect with and engage culture. Video is a huge part of who we are and how we do what we do. We need someone to step into this roll that has a deep passion for motion graphics, video editing, shooting, editing and script wiring. From concept development to execution you would take the lead on all weekend video assignments. We need a leader and a visionary who can step into this position and take us to the next level. The candidate will be a rockstar in the following ways: • Expert in After Effects CS5 & Final Cut Pro 6.0 (or higher) • Knows/understands/willing to learn Cinema4D and other 3d rending software a huge plus. •Understands Photoshop/Illustrator and be able to develop motion graphics from key art. • Must be able to brainstorm & conceptualize in a team environment. • Be able to have a quick turn around time (if needed) on projects. • Must work with designer and other media staff and collaborate on projects. •Work with HD Pro video cameras and understand how to maintain them. • Delegate, assist, train, motivate, inspire other video staff (paid & non-paid) Recruit, train, lead part-time video staff. Must posses strong time management/project management skills. Also, if you know broadcast directing/basic of audio mixing that is a big plus. How do you apply? We need to see two things: 1.
