Works With: Brand & Experience Manager, Sr. Brand & Experience Designer, Sr. Internet Designer, Innovation Support Specialist, Freelance Designers & Developers, IT Resources
Position Overview: Innovation Designer provides above standard design for Internet, print and experiential elements and more. Must be able to communicate and work well with team members, brand director and department liaisons on a variety of projects. Looking for long-term career minded individuals to help take the organization brand and creativity to the next level.
Responsible for creating brand driven design appropriate to department goals, market audience and communication objective. The ideal candidate will be energetic about new projects, tackling a variety of styles and delivering design that is absolutely amazing. Must be able to deliver design work equal to or better than MTV, Nickelodeon, HGTV, Abercrombie, Apple, etc (you get the point). Be solid. Must be able to see projects from concept to completion - design, production, deliver.
Required:
- Must have solid portfolio in print, web and other.
- Project Oriented / Handle Tight Deadlines
- Creative Design for print materials, Internet sites and applications, experiential elements and more.
- Demonstrates solid design principles and experience with corporate Branding creation, implementation and quality assurance.
- Excellent Communication Skills
Computer:
- Proficient in inDesign, Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office and MAC or PC platform.
- Knowledge of Adobe/Macromedia/Microsoft Products including Flash, Dreamweaver or equivalent
Terms: Full-Time
