JOB TITLE: Creative Designer — Graphics and Video CLASSIFICATION: Full Time MINISTRY/DEPARTMENT: Creative Team REPORTS TO: Creative Team Manager JOB SUMMARY: To contribute to the Creative Team with ideas and projects for the weekend, community life and church branding. Primary Focus: Concepts and Design Secondary Focus: Videography support ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Will collaborate with the Creative Team to create graphic designs and concepts for all printed material, and work with the Creative Team to complete projects. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: •Have experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Final Cut. •Are dependable, trustworthy and punctual. •Are able to laugh, enjoy work, and think outside of the box. •Can work well under pressure and with deadlines. •Are flexible and can work with the Creative Team with ideas, projects. •Able to follow directions well and open to critique. •Are a self-starter. No one needs to follow you around – you’ll get it done well, on time and without constant reminders. •Are willing to learn new things. The four traits of a Cross Timbers Staff Member: • Humility • Commitment to excellence • Authentic • Equip others to serve WORK HOURS: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday 9 a.m.-2 p.m. All staff members are required to work Easter and Christmas Eve services; the schedule for these services can vary according to the campus needs and the yearly calendar. WORK ENVIRONMENT – PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Concept Designer may be involved with implementing the concepts on the stage and in video. This will require some possible manual labor, and occasional off-site video shoots.
