Job Overview:
The Jr. Account Executive is a vital role in our ability to provide stellar service to our clients. The Jr. AE is a supporting client contact for the accounts we serve and is responsible to help inspire new working relationships with potential clients that inquire about our services. The Jr. AE we are looking for has a passion to help churches, is an excellent communicator and has a magnetically positive attitude.
Job Function:
- Assist in maintaining current client relationships, and create new business opportunities with current clients by providing excellent communication and service.
- Respond to inquiries from prospects with positivity and inspiring professionalism.
- Perform process-based opportunity tracking, and documenting each point of communication with both opportunities and current clients/projects.
- Provide marketing, administrative and communications support to AE’s.
- Contribute to marketing planning and execution for the team.
- Fulfill special projects as requested.
Skill Requirements:
- Have a moderate understanding of Internet technologies and trends.
- Ability to discern a prospect’s greatest point-of-need and effectively adjust sales communication to meet their needs.
- Passionate commitment to superior customer service, off-the-chart drive and people skills.
Personal Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related (preferred).
- Should be fast learner and a self-starter.
- Be able to juggle assignments while maintaining high level of quality, organization, detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Should be a team player and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
- Experience with working in or with churches is a plus.
- Should have a desire for long-term employment.
Hours:
Full-time: office hours of 8:30am-5:30pm weekdays
